Burton Chace Park - Community Building

This public park facility is managed by L.A. County Department of Beaches and Harbors. The Community Room has large glass windows, a linoleum floor, and a small kitchen with refrigerator and microwave. The room is surrounded on three sides by a wrap-around, U-shaped uncovered patio, totaling 4,200 sq. ft., including a permanent stage on the east side measuring 22' x 16'. Self-parking.

Marina Beach

Marina Beach (also known as Mother’s Beach) is a 12-acre, non-ocean facing sandy beach located next to a man-made lagoon in the center of Marina del Rey. It offers public bathrooms, nearby public parking, sheltered picnic benches and charcoal grills. Beach Use Permits may be obtained from L.A. County Department of Beaches & Harbors. Some groups choose to coordinate large events/catering through nearby hotels. Self-parking.
