Recently opened this summer, UOVO has made quite a splash with its iconic pasta dishes like carbonara, cacio e pepe, bolognese and more. Get a taste of Italy with their prix fixe menu featuring dishes such as Ravioli di Ricotta or the original Bolognese recipe. The pasta bar takes pride (and they should!) in serving handmade pasta in their kitchen in Bologna, Italy by “sfogline” who use traditional methods of sheeting and cutting.
