The Community Room has large glass windows, a linoleum floor, and a small kitchen with refrigerator and microwave. The room is surrounded on three sides by a wrap-around, U-shaped uncovered patio, totaling 4,200 sq. ft, including a permanent stage on the east side measuring 22' x 16'. Self-parking.

It offers public bathrooms, nearby public parking, sheltered picnic benches and charcoal grills. Beach Use Permits may be obtained from L.A. County Department of Beaches & Harbors. Some groups choose to coordinate large events/catering through nearby hotels. Self-parking.
